Music & Yoga - BK Honest Yoga & Bridge Noise, 1/14, 7:30pm

Not your regular yoga class, this is a community meeting. 

Most of us arrived through a friend or a friend of a friend.

Many of us became family. Hang out, drink tea, talk, practice yoga, meditate, then spend time with each other. 

The addition of live music to the class adds a layer of depth to the flow, concentration and connection to the poses and the breath. 

Beginner-friendly class - you'll be more physically challenged than others, but the main objective is self awareness.
